Izzatdaar is a 1990 Hindi movie starring Govinda, Dilip Kumar, and Madhuri Dixit. Plot
The movie begins with Brahm Dutt (Dilip Kumar), a wealthy steel baron, who is celebrating his birthday with his family and friends. He is very close to his best friend and business partner, Premchand (Shafi Inamdar), who has a daughter, Mohini (Madhuri Dixit). Brahm Dutt's son, Ravi (Raghuvaran), is married to Mohini, but he is an unfaithful husband who has an affair with another woman, Rita (Anita Raj). Ravi is also involved in illegal activities with a corrupt politician, Indrajeet (Anupam Kher), who wants to take over Brahm Dutt's business empire.

One night, Premchand is murdered by Indrajeet's henchmen, and Brahm Dutt is framed for the crime. He is arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment. In jail, he meets Johnny (Govinda), a petty thief who becomes his loyal friend and helper. Johnny tells Brahm Dutt that Ravi and Indrajeet are behind the conspiracy, and that Mohini is unaware of their evil deeds. Brahm Dutt decides to escape from prison and take revenge on his enemies.
He succeeds in breaking out of jail with Johnny's help, and disguises himself as a beggar. He contacts Mohini and tells her the truth about Ravi and Indrajeet. Mohini is shocked and heartbroken, but she agrees to help Brahm Dutt in his mission. She also falls in love with Johnny, who protects her from Ravi's attempts to harm her.
Brahm Dutt manages to expose Ravi and Indrajeet's crimes to the public, and also confronts them in a final showdown. He kills Ravi and Indrajeet, and avenges Premchand's death. He then surrenders himself to the police, but he is acquitted of all charges due to lack of evidence. He reunites with Mohini and Johnny, and they live happily ever after.
