We are having this same problem, but not when user's try to open the PDFs from a web page. These are attachments to emails, which I have instructed all of my users to save to their local machine before attempting to open. I see the same exact behavior whether they try to open them with Adobe Reader DC (2015.006.30499) or Adobe Acrobat DC (2015.006.30499).

PCs may need to have their video output display changed. If you are connected to the projector and you do not see the laptop's image being displayed through the projector (but do see one on the laptop's screen) this can be an indication that you need to change your output display.

Your browser may be set to block pop-ups so as to save data, load pages faster, and also shield you from seeing annoying ads when you visit a website. However, this could also be stopping the public Wi-Fi login page from appearing.

For me, I get black windows! I am remoting into a laptop media server, which used to work fine. However, as of a couple of days ago, I am starting to see black windows for VLC (I hear audio but see no video), Next PVR, and even Firefox and Edge browsers. It's the same whether I use TeamViewer or Chrome Remote Desktop. However, following the comments above, I have just realized that if I open the laptop lid, all the windows display correctly. If I close it again, they go black. So, yes, it's definitely a rendering issue. I wonder if there was something contained in a recent Microsoft update that caused this behavior?

When I open Internet Explorer Edge remotely with Teamviewer (latest release), it shows the start page fine. However if I go to any other page it shows a blank. If I grab on the edge of the window and drag it to make it larger, the page goes from blank to displaying the content, but only while dragging. As soon as I release my finger from the mouse button, the page goes blank again, How to fix this?

If you click on a link that does not work, the reason may be that you are blocking pop-up windows that you have requested to access. To open the link, you can either disable your pop-up blocker or hold the CTRL key while clicking on the link. For Windows 10 users using Internet Explorer, you may see an information bar appear below the address bar on your browser notifying you that a pop-up window has been blocked. Click on this information bar and choose Temporarily Allow Pop-Ups then click the link again to open the pop-up window.

Pop-up windows are small web browser windows with information or can be ads that appear over or under the web page you are currently viewing. They are frequently used for advertising and open automatically whether or not you want to see them. Wells Fargo does not use them for advertising. But they may also open at your request and show help text or another page of a site that is informative.

I never even noticed that this option existed. I always relied on the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel to adjust these settings. Thank you for your help. This could prove useful if I ever need to have the most accurate colors displayed on my monitor.
